1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of nbaj.io, including registered account holders and unregistered visitors. Access to certain features of the platform — including placing wagers, claiming bonuses, and processing financial transactions — requires registration and full acceptance of these Terms.

By clicking "I Agree", completing the registration process, or continuing to use the platform after any update to these Terms has been published, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of all provisions set out herein. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are discovered, nbaj reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending wagers, and withhold any balances pending investigation.

3 Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. nbaj will never ask you to provide your password by email, live chat, or telephone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify support at [email protected] immediately.

All activity conducted through your account — including wagers placed, bonuses claimed, and financial transactions initiated — is your sole responsibility, regardless of whether you authorised that activity personally. nbaj will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to adequately protect your login credentials.

You must not use your nbaj account for any purpose other than personal recreational gaming. Specifically, the following uses are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Engaging in any form of matched betting, arbitrage betting, or systematic exploitation of bonus structures in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play.
• Using the platform to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Sharing your account credentials with any other person or allowing any other person to use your account.
• Colluding with other players, nbaj employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

nbaj reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time. You agree to provide any documents requested — including but not limited to government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership — within the timeframe specified by nbaj's compliance team.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on nbaj are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and selected Visa and Mastercard channels. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit amount may vary by payment method and account tier; current limits are displayed within the platform's cashier section.

Deposits are credited to your gaming wallet in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. nbaj is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's processing times or any technical failures on the payment provider's side.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have completed full identity verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Standard account withdrawals are processed within 24 hours. Gold tier and above accounts receive priority processing of one to six hours.
• nbaj reserves the right to perform additional identity and source-of-funds verification on withdrawal requests of ৳50,000 or above. This may extend the processing time by up to 72 hours.
• Any funds deposited using a specific payment method may, at nbaj's discretion, be returned to that same payment method before any net winnings are disbursed.

nbaj does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond nbaj's control and are your sole responsibility.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, nbaj offers bonuses, free spins, cashback rewards, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All promotional offers are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the individual promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated clearly on that promotion's terms page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, sports betting, and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. The contribution table for each promotion is available within the promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses carry an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated free spins that are not used within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• Maximum Withdrawal Cap: Winnings derived from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. The cap applicable to each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms. Winnings exceeding the cap will be removed from the account balance upon withdrawal.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. A new bonus cannot be activated until all wagering requirements associated with the current bonus have been fulfilled or the current bonus has expired.
• Abuse and Fraud: nbaj reserves the right to withhold, forfeit, and reverse any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to opening duplicate accounts, using third-party funds, or exploiting loopholes in promotional structures. Accounts found to be engaged in systematic bonus abuse will be permanently closed.

nbaj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will not affect any wagering requirement already in progress at the time of the change.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on nbaj are provided by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates under its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between a game's in-built rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail with respect to account and financial matters; the game provider's rules shall prevail with respect to the mechanics and outcomes of the game itself.

8 Intellectual Property
